Certification: Generating QR-coded certificates for users who successfully complete courses, including user verification and certificate validation.
Push Notifications: Sending notifications about subscription expiration, course updates, learning reminders, and important platform announcements.

Device Binding: Each subscription is tied to a single device. Logging in from a new device will automatically log out the previous device, preventing account sharing.
Screenshot & Screen Recording Protection: The mobile app prevents users from taking screenshots or recording videos during lesson playback. Attempting to bypass these protections violates our Terms of Service.
Content Streaming Only: Video content is delivered through secure streaming only. Users cannot download videos to their devices for offline viewing.
Watermarking: On the web platform, video playback includes a visible watermark displaying the user's phone number/ID to discourage unauthorized sharing.
DRM & Encryption: Content delivery utilizes industry-standard encryption and digital rights management technologies.
Account Monitoring: We monitor for suspicious activity and suspicious usage patterns that may indicate account compromise or content theft.

JLPT Master is designed for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided information, we will take steps to delete such information and terminate the child's account. No Refunds: Accounts terminated for policy violations are not eligible for refunds, regardless of remaining subscription period.
